IMTM is looking for a Project Manager to manage communication, orders, shipments, and any issues between our clients and manufacturing. This position is located in Shanghai area.

Responsibilities:

●      Coordinate between client and manufacturing

●      Point of contact for our clients

●      Understand the manufacturing process in order to effectively communicate any details and answer questions the client might have

●      Work to solve problems or issues that arise between client and manufacturer

●      Follow up order enquiry from customer

●      Overseeing order placement, processing and follow-up of all orders in the responsible areas

●      Maintain records and documentation of all related purchasing activities

●      Work closely with logistic department; coordinate the overseas factories and our designated freight forwarders to coordinate on time shipment booking

●      Maintain accurate log of samples

●      International travel required

Experience& Skills:

●      Bachelor’s degree (preferred field: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering,Textile)

●      2-3 years of experience in project management or a related field

●      Fluent in both Chinese and English

●      Strong communication skills

●      Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines at once

●      Able to handle all aspects of overseas production and track deliveries schedule on daily basis

●      Requires a general understanding of offshore export regulations, knowledgeable of international trade terms, understand the import operations and U.S. Customs rules

●      Understand goals and objectives established by the company and work towards satisfying them
